🐾 Hey there, I’m Brooks! 🐾

I’m a fun-loving, goofy, and energetic boy with a heart of gold. I’m all about playtime, whether it’s chasing my favourite ball, splashing in the water, or romping around with my dog friends. I’m a total water dog—I could swim any day of the week, all day if you let me. I’m a self proclaimed champion at retrieving in water and on land. When I’m not splashing around, I’m happy to hop in the car and enjoy the ride.

I’m a social butterfly who gets super excited to meet new people (sometimes a little too excited—I might jump up to say hello, but I’m working on my polite greetings). When it comes to other dogs, I’m all about making friends! I can be a bit strong on leash because I’m eager to meet them, but off-leash, I’m a playful and polite buddy. I’m a good match for other large dogs who match my enthusiasm. I haven’t met any cats yet so I’ll pass on them for now.

At home, I’m a good boy with my basics down—I know my commands and I sleep soundly at night and enjoy my downtime when my people are doing human things.  I’m very gentle with children I’ve met, though my experience is limited. I may knock a wee one over in my excitement but I mean well.  

I’m looking for an active family who will give me the exercise and playtime I crave. With regular walks, some fetch in the yard, and maybe even a cottage with a lake, I’ll be one happy pup. I’m friendly, loving, and ready to be your loyal adventure buddy.
