Hi, I’m Ghost!

I’m a lovable goofball who’s ready to be your instant best friend and adventure buddy! With my wagging tail and big heart, I’ll always make you smile.

I dream of a big fenced yard where I can run and play to my heart’s content. Lately, I haven’t been getting much exercise, so I’m super excited when it’s time to get outside! I admit, I pull on the leash because I love to sniff everything—there’s so much to explore! With some guidance, consistency, and enrichment, I know I can become a pro at walking calmly by your side. (Psst, I’m very food motivated, so treats will definitely help!)

When I’m indoors, I have free rein of the house.  Give me a frozen Kong or another fun toy, and I’ll be happily occupied. At night, I’ll snooze wherever feels comfy: a dog bed, the couch, or even your bed if you let me!

I’m super friendly and love meeting new people. I do jump up when I’m excited—I just can’t help myself! But I know you can help me with this. I’ve been great with the older kiddo in my home, but I haven’t spent much time around younger children. 

I get along wonderfully with other dogs and have shared my home with a 6-year-old female dog. We play well together and never fight over food or toys. I’ve even lived with a cat! I might try to play with it sometimes, but if the cat lets me know it’s not interested, I respect their space.

I know, with regular exercise and enrichment, I’ll be a relaxed, cuddly companion. If you’re ready to laugh, play, and love, I’m your guy—let’s start our adventure together!
