Hi, I’m Meadow! 🐾

Life’s been a bit of a journey for me, but I’m still the same affectionate, eager-to-please guy I’ve always been. I’m ready to find that one special place where I truly belong as your beloved fur-baby.

I’m a big-time cuddler and total couch potato when I’m inside. I love hanging out on the comfy spot, snuggling in bed, and just being close to my people. I’m very affectionate, and while I might chase a cat for the thrill of it, I actually get along really well with them. I also adore people and kids—I’m polite, friendly, and don’t jump up. I just want to be part of the family.

I know my basic commands, and everyone tells me I’m really smart. I hardly ever bark, and I’m always looking for ways to make my people happy. I walk nicely but do need a bit of help staying focused when other dogs are around—I’m very strong and excitable when I seen them.  I’m not sure that I’d like to meet, they’re a bit overwhelming to me.  I go for two 30-minute walks a day, and won’t turn down a game of fetch  the sight of a ball give me the cue that it’s game on!

Toys are a big part of my life—I love stuffies and balls! I’ll play with one toy for a few days and then move on to the next. Fetch is the best, and I’ll happily chase a ball for hours if you let me. Oh, and I love to swim. Even puddles make me happy!

Car rides? Yes please. I jump right in, lie down, and enjoy the ride like a seasoned pro.

At home, I have full run of the place. I’m allowed on the furniture, and I’m not into counter surfing or door dashing—I’m way too attached to my people for that. I’m accustomed to someone home lost of the time so a work from home situation or a retired family would be ideal.

At the end of the day, I’m just a sweet, playful guy who loves being with his people. If you’re looking for a big-hearted buddy who’s loyal, loving, and always up for a cuddle or a game of fetch, I might just be your perfect match.
