Hi, I’m Miller!

I’m a “chill” pup—just over a year old—and I’ve really settled into home life. I love being outside and going for walks, but I’m also very calm and relaxed when I’m inside the house.

Most days, I have a pretty steady routine. Sometimes someone is home with me all day, and I get the run of the house—those are great days. On other days, when my human is off doing human things, I just nap or chill for short periods on my own until it’s time for our next adventure.

I’m a gentle guy who can be a little shy at first around unfamiliar people or sounds. But with a little time and reassurance, I settle in and build trust.  I love spending time with my people, whether it’s going for a walk, relaxing at home, or hopping in the car for a ride—I hang out in the back seat and enjoy the view.

I enjoy playing with other dogs at the park but I also love the freedom to run and play fetch with you too, but I’m not too intense about it—just happy to be out and about.

I get excited at the start of walks and might tug a little at first, but I settle down quickly. I’m polite when guests arrive—I don’t jump up—but I definitely show my excitement with some happy tail wags and wiggles.

I don’t get up on the furniture and I’ve been told I have great house manners. I’m currently always on leash outside, but I’d really love a fenced-in yard where I could stretch my legs and run a bit more freely.
