Meet Sophie!

Sophie is a sweet, affectionate 5 year old Golden girl with the sweetest eyes that are sure to melt your heart. She has settled in beautifully with her foster family. She was a perfect passenger in the car, cuddling up and napping for the ride. She’s quickly adapting to her new surroundings having mastered the stairs right away and prefers hardwood floors over dog blankets to lay on.

Sophie is gentle and loving, always ready for a belly rub, and has taken a special liking to the son of her foster family. She follows him everywhere and slept peacefully in his room.

She would be suited for laid-back, well-adjusted canine friends and she may like a canine sibling if it were the right fit as she is more shy with other dogs at the moment. She hasn’t met a cat.

She’s learning her leash skills and enjoys exploring, and would like more guidance to build her skills. A training class would be a wonderful way to bond and grow your relationships together.

She’s polite indoors and quiet, overall.  Sophie is an easygoing, affectionate girl who will thrive with love and patience. She would make a great addition to any Golden-loving family looking for a soft natured girl ready for all the luxuries life has to offer.
