Hi Lab Rescue Friends,

My name is Bella and I am 3 yr old, chocolate girl with such a sweet but shy personality that can't wait to come out. I have beautiful chocolate, silky fur and a lovely disposition.

I didn't have the greatest start to life and was mostly used for breeding. I lived outdoors in a kennel so I was so happy when I met a friend from Lab Rescue who told me I would get to live in a home, with a nice bed and I would get to go on all kinds of adventures. It didn't take me long to warm up and after a long drive I was nudging my rescuer for more scratches and loved to nuzzle in close for a cuddle.

Medically, I am healthy and am a good weight. I will be spayed when the vet allows me to be.

I previously lived with dogs and would do best in a home with another dog that is friendly and non dominant to help me come out of my shell.

I walk pretty well on leash but am getting used to new noises as I am not used to all the sounds in the city. In time, I will adjust wonderfully. I enjoy car rides and just like to lay down to relax. I jumped right in without hesitation.
