Dear Santa paws,

 

It’s your friend Lucy! You know, I’ve been a good girl this year as always, but due to family circumstances I needed to find a new home. Thankfully, my new friends at Lab Rescue are here to help but I thought I better put in a good word with you for a little extra help in guiding my new family in my direction.

 

As you know, I recently had surgery so that my mommy days are behind me and I’ve even lost some weight with good diet and regular exercise and I’m on my way to fitting into my bikini for the summer. 

 

I enjoy long walks every day and would love to romp on a nature trail or at a park on a long leash so I can do some exploring. After all the fun outside I like to come in and snuggle up with my human on the couch for a movie and a little nap.

My supervisor skills in the house are top-notch and my squirrel patrol is five star! I’m very much a people-dog in love to greet everyone on my walks. I enjoy being the apple of your eye and may be suited for a family with dog savvy children but would like to be an only fur-child. You will never be cold this winter with me snuggled next to you!

 

My one wish this Christmas is for a family who will love me unconditionally and help me sharpen some skills. You know a gal is never too old to learn new things and of course, with yummy treats, I can be persuaded to do just about anything!

 

I sure hope you can pull some strings to help find my forever family in time to celebrate Christmas together.
