Happy, Playful Young Boy

 

Dude here!  I'm a 10-month old boy with lots of silly puppy energy.  While I am Lab, I must confess, sometimes I get the word “lab” and “lap” mixed up, I just love the human lap!  I believe personal space is something that should be shared freely with me since I give the best hugs and kisses.  

 

I'm quiet in the house and enjoy the company of my small canine sibling.  I play well and share all my toys.  I play a lot with my enrichment/puzzle games while in the house and I have to say, I'm a whizz at these things! I will do anything for a yummy treat and I’m a pro at sit and stay pretty. 

 

I'm coming to Lab Rescue due to an injury to my leg. Apparently I have something called an ACL tear that will require surgery. While it all sounds a little scary, the Lab Rescue team has graciously agreed to cover any surgery I may need and will work with my new family and vets to establish a recovery plan for me, to help me live my best life! Before my injury I loved going on long walks and racing around my fenced yard. And I can’t wait to get back to living life at top speed!  

 

I'm looking for a family who will help me through this time of healing.  I would love a home with another dog but I need to rest and stay low key for a little bit and my family will need to help me with that. 

 

I promise to try my hardest to recovery quickly so we can get on to making lots of memories together!
