This distinguished 10.5-year-young Lab mix is 85 lbs of gentle charm and quiet companionship. Neutered and house-savvy, Bear is looking for a calm, pet-free forever home where he can soak up his golden years in peace and comfort.
Bear is the definition of a chill soul—he loves leisurely neighborhood walks, squeaky toys, outdoor naps, and a good breeze ruffling his fur. He’s leash-trained, though the occasional squirrel or scent trail can still turn his head. A fenced yard would be his dream retreat.
Since entering foster care, Bear has started to show new sides of himself—grabbing a toy for playtime, climbing onto the couch for the first time, and becoming more interactive each day. While he’s not a cuddler, he finds comfort in simply being near his humans.
He’s best suited for an adult-only home that reflects his mellow vibe—quiet, steady, and full of heart. If you appreciate the slow joys in life and believe love is shown through presence, not noise, Bear just might be your perfect match.
