Hi everyone, I’m Betsy. And if you ask me, I’m pretty sure the best days start with a little Betsy!

I’m a 6-year-old girl with a big, gentle heart, beautiful golden coat, and the sweetest big eyes to match. My fosters describe me as an angel, and I’m happy to keep showing them why!

I'm taking in all the sights, sounds, and new adventures around me with growing confidence. I love taking my time to sniff and explore on walks and I'm very good on leash. I’m especially good at taking treats very gently, and those little snacks are helping me learn and feel more confident as I go. I ride well in the car, needing a little boost of encouragement to hop in, and then I ride quietly taking in the views while I rest.

There’s something extra special about seeing my face light up when I’m outside. Give me some sunshine, a gentle breeze, and a chance to explore, and my tail starts wagging away! I also love greeting people with my happy tail and sweet, gentle nature. Soft pets and head scratches? Yes, please! I’ll happily soak up those gentle moments with my people. When I see another dog on my neighbourhood strolls, I’m excited to say hello - I would love a furry friend to play with.

I have good house manners, a lovely smile, and a whole lot of sweetness packed into one beautiful golden girl.
