Hi friends, I’m Cindy, a 6 year old girl with beautiful hazel eyes, a playful spirit, and a whole lot of love to give!

I’m an affectionate, happy pup who loves being part of life with my people. I’m just as excited to head out for an adventure as I am to curl up beside you for a serious cuddle session. I bond quickly with people, and when someone I love comes home, I make sure they know how happy I am to see them. Expect full-body wiggles, a toy proudly carried over to greet you, and maybe even one of my signature little “whoo whoo whoos!”

Getting outside is one of my favourite things. I love going for walks, exploring new parks and taking my time to sniff all the interesting things along the way. I wait patiently while you put on my harness and enjoy walking at a nice upbeat pace with my person. I know cues like “look,” and I’m always happy when there might be a treat involved! Oh and not to brag but I also know how to roll over!

I have a playful side that is pretty hard to resist. Fetch is one of my favourite games, and I can happily chase my ball around the backyard again and again. I’m also an adventure girl at heart. 

Take me somewhere new and you’ll get to see my whole face light up! I’ve had so much fun trying things like agility, visiting new parks and exploring trails where there are plenty of fresh smells to investigate. I’m curious, intelligent and love having something interesting to do with my person.

And speaking of adventures, I happen to be an amazing car co-pilot and enjoy observing the adventure ahead! I’m happy to watch the world pass by through the window and settle in the rest of the way to our next destination.

I enjoy learning and treats are always a welcome addition to our activities. Puzzle games and snuffle mats are right up my alley, and after dinner I know there’s a very important part of the evening routine coming up - dessert! I’ll patiently wait for my Kong or lick mat and take my time enjoying every last bit. My foster also spoils me with freshly baked doggy biscuits, which I fully support.

I have wonderful house manners and settle nicely into the rhythm of home life. Once the day’s adventures are over, I’m an A+ cuddler. I love curling up on the couch beside my people and soaking up all the affection I can get.

What type of days can you expect to have with me? Well I'll tell ya! The quiet days, like peacefully resting nearby while keeping an eye on my people. Then there are the moments when I’m completely in my element chasing after my ball, setting off on a new adventure or discovering somewhere I’ve never been before and my whole face seems to light up. Apparently I’m especially beautiful in the sunshine, when the golden light catches my brown coat and makes my hazel eyes shine.

More than anything, I’m looking for a family who wants me to be part of their everyday life. Someone who will enjoy my adventurous side, laugh at my silly side, keep me learning and engaged, and appreciate just how affectionate I am. I have so much personality tucked into one beautiful brown package, and I’m ready for all the walks, car rides, games of fetch, new places, quiet evenings and ordinary little moments that come with finally having a family of my own.

I’m ready to be someone’s adventure buddy, co-pilot, couch companion, treat supervisor, professional snuggler and very best girl. Maybe I’ve been waiting for you.
