I’m a 1-year-old yellow Lab mix, 54 pounds of pure love, and I can’t wait to find my forever family. If you’re looking for a best friend who’s sweet, snuggly, and a little bit silly, that’s me!

I love being close to my people. Curling up in your lap, nudging your hand for more pets, or rolling on my back with a big happy grin – that’s my idea of a perfect day. Sometimes, I even half-sit on your leg or rub against you like a cat when I’m feeling extra cuddly. I just can’t help it – I adore showing how much I care.

I’m a social girl who loves meeting new people and other dogs. I’ve already made a few pup friends, and I especially like following smaller dogs around like their shadow. On walks, I’m pretty good on leash, but if I spot a squirrel or an exciting person, I might pull for a second – luckily, I listen well when you help me focus.

Car rides are fun! At first, I wiggle a bit and watch all the cars go by, but once I’ve had a few minutes to take it all in, I settle down and ride quietly. I’m also a big fan of treats – peanut butter pup cups are the best – and I know “sit,” “paw/high five,” and “come.” I’m still working on “stay” and “lay down,” but I’m a quick learner.

As for swimming, I’ve only dipped one paw in so far, but I’m curious… maybe one day I’ll take the plunge!

When I find my person, I’ll be your loyal companion, your walking buddy, your co-pilot, and your cuddle partner. I just know we’re going to make each other so happy.
