Hi friends,

 

My name is Hazel! I am six years old, soft at heart, and still learning that the world can be a kind and gentle place. Some things feel new to me, so I like to take my time. I watch, I listen, and when I feel safe, my sweet personality starts to shine.

I am very polite with other dogs, both big and small. I feel comforted by calm canine friends and would be happy to share my home with one, but I would also do just fine soaking up all the love as your one and only in a peaceful home.

My favourite thing in the whole world is a comfy bed with a cosy blanket. If you sit near me and speak softly, I will inch closer and eventually melt right into you. Once I trust you, I am a devoted cuddler. Quiet evenings together are my speciality.

I also enjoy time in the yard where I can stretch my legs and do a few gentle zoomies. Right now I have a growing wardrobe of sweaters and jackets while my beautiful coat grows back in. I think I wear them quite well. Comfort and style are important, after all.

What I am hoping for is a calm, patient home that will let me blossom at my own pace. With kindness and reassurance, I will give you my whole heart and before long my personality will be shining bright
