Hi friends, I’m Jade!

I’m a 1.5 year old girl with a shiny black coat, a sweet heart, and a personality that is equal parts gentle, playful, and wonderfully goofy .I absolutely love having my people nearby and am happiest when I can be close to them. I have great house manners and I settle into routine with my fosters.

I’m a big fan of affection and love being part of whatever my people are doing. I’ll happily follow you around the house, settle beside you on the couch, or lean in for some scratches and cuddles! I’m the kind of girl who wants to share the everyday moments with you, whether we’re relaxing at home or heading out for an adventure.

I definitely know how to have fun and show you all my silly sides! I have a wonderfully goofy personality and love showing it off when I’m playing. Toys are always a good idea, and I also love treats, 

enrichment games, and special activities that let me use my brain. I’m a smart girl who enjoys learning and strengthening my skills. On walks I always look at you and lay down when asked. Of course I’m always happy to keep learning when there are treats involved!

When it’s time to get outside, I’m ready to go. I enjoy my walks and exploring the world around me, taking in all the interesting sights and smells along the way. And if your adventures involve a car ride, even better! I’m an excellent passenger and am happy to ride along, whether we’re heading somewhere exciting or simply going for a drive.

I also have some pretty adorable quirks that make me, well… me. Sometimes my lip gets caught on my teeth and I end up with the cutest little “teefs” smile. Add in my expressive face and goofy moments, and I have a way of making my people smile without even trying.

I’d love a family who enjoys daily walks, playtime, enrichment, and plenty of cuddles. At the end of the day, I’m happiest when I can curl up beside my people and relax after everything we’ve done together. I’m sweet, affectionate, smart, playful, and incredibly loyal - and I’m ready to find the people I can call my own.
