Hi everyone,

I'm Jade, a one-year-old girl with a shiny black coat, a heart full of love, and a personality that's equal parts sweet and silly.

I'm relaxed, happy, and enjoying every moment with my foster family. They've helped me discover just how wonderful it feels to simply be a dog.

My favourite place is wherever my people are. I'm incredibly affectionate and love being close, whether that's following you from room to room, curling up beside you on the couch, or happily leaning in for scratches and cuddles. I build strong bonds with my family and become a wonderfully loyal companion.

I have a playful side too! Give me a toy and you'll see my funny little hops around the yard. Sometimes my lip gets caught on my teeth, giving me the cutest little "teefs" smile, and my expressive face always seems to make people laugh. I'm full of personality without even trying.

I love my walks and enjoy exploring the world at a nice, comfortable pace. I'm also a smart girl who already knows "sit," "stay," and "come," and I genuinely enjoy learning new things. Puzzle toys, enrichment games, tasty treats, and special bones are some of my favourite ways to keep my busy Labrador brain happy.

Car rides? Count me in! I'm an excellent passenger, happy to watch the world go by or curl up for a peaceful nap while we head off on our next adventure together.

Once I know you, I'm incredibly loving and devoted. Like many dogs, I appreciate being given a little time to settle into new surroundings, but once I feel comfortable, my true personality shines. You'll discover a gentle, affectionate girl who simply wants to love and be loved.
