Meet Joey! 

Joey is a 1-year-old, 68 lb bundle of joy who’s as sweet as she is playful. She loves being close to her people, whether it’s going for a walk or curling up for snuggles. Joey is especially fond of toys—her favorite is a stuffy she can keep by her side—and she’ll never say no to a belly rub, it's her favourite thing (she made sure everyone at the vet gave her one!).

Another one of Joey’s shining qualities is how wonderfully she rides in the car. She gets so excited for the trip, hops in with confidence, and rides calmly as if she’s been doing it her whole life. She’s just as happy hopping out at the end of the ride, ready for her next adventure.

This social girl is eager to meet new people and always greets them with a wagging tail and happy energy. She already knows “sit” and “come,” is very treat-motivated, and would love to keep learning new tricks—she’s the type of dog who's eager to please
