Hi, I’m Lily!

I’m a sweet, petite 2-year-old Yellow girl weighing about 50 lbs, and I’m ready to find a family of my very own.

I’ve recently been a mom, and I was truly exceptional at the job, loving, attentive, and devoted to my puppies. Now that they’re growing and moving forward on their own journeys, it’s Lily’s turn to be the one cared for. I’m ready to close that chapter and begin the next one: finding my forever family.

I’ve really settled into my foster home, and my playful side has truly blossomed! I love zooming around, playing with squeaky toys, and even flopping on my back to kick my feet in the air, it always makes my foster family laugh. I also enjoy chewing on beef collagen sticks, which are my favourite treat.

I’m a sweetheart at heart, very affectionate and people-oriented, but also respectful of your space. I’m always interested in what you’re doing and happy to be by your side, or to settle in comfortably on my own. I enjoy cuddles and gentle affection and am content relaxing wherever the day takes me.

My house manners are very good—I haven’t had any accidents and I don’t chew or pick up things I shouldn’t. I’m fine being alone for short periods too while you do human things.

I’m adventurous as well! I enjoyed my very first bonfire recently and have dipped my paws into the water, though I haven’t gone full swimming yet. I think I’ll love it when I’m ready to try. Car rides are no problem for me either; I settle in quickly and ride calmly, which makes me a great travel buddy.

I’m friendly with other dogs and am sharing my foster home with a male Lab around my age, we get along really well. I’ve also been respectful with cats.

What makes me extra special is my mix of gentleness, affection, and playfulness. I’ve given so much love as a mom, and now I’m ready to give that same devotion to my forever family. All I need is a home filled with patience, guidance, and love and I promise to return it tenfold.
