I’m a chocolate girl with a warm soul, a playful spirit, and a deep appreciation for both adventure and relaxation. My foster says I’m full of character and look at you when you speak and respond with my expressions.

I’m calm and easygoing in the home and have lovely house manners. I settle nicely during the day and am perfectly content snoozing on my own bed while you work or take calls. I enjoy meeting new people and tend to warm up quickly, though an adult home without a lot of visitors is my ideal setting.

On leash, I’m doing well with treat-based training and continue to improve each day. Being the smart girl, I am, I already know many commands and genuinely enjoy learning and engaging for a treat.

I absolutely adore swimming and could happily spend hours retrieving my ball or stick from the water.  Although NOT required for my success, a fenced yard with a pool would be like icing on my cake. My diving skills are Olympic level and I’m ready to show them off!

I love car rides and travel well, making me an excellent partner for road trips or everyday errands.

So you may be asking yourself, she sounds great, what’s the rub? Well, I am actually that awesome, I just don’t enjoy sharing my space canine friends or cats and I’m looking for a meaningful connection with a small mature family where routine and predictability are staples in my life.

I’m looking for a peaceful, adult home where I can be the only fur baby and truly shine as the centre of attention. A fenced yard is a must, along with a family that values peaceful walks, predictable routines and cognitive activities. I’ll thrive in a low-key environment with people who will continue to support my training and confidence.
