Hi, I’m Marley!

I’m a sweet, gentle guy who loves people and enjoys a calm, cozy life. I’m happiest in a quiet home with a regular routine of walks and relaxing.

People are my favourite. When I meet someone new, I can get so happy that my whole body wiggles and sometimes my excitement even gets the best of me in the cutest way. I love friendly greetings and soaking up attention, but I’m also respectful and enjoy when people let me come say hello at my own pace.

I’ve got my manners down, too! I know my basic commands (and even a fun “shake a paw”), and I’m polite on leash. I’m not a marathon walker but I do like to get out a few times a day for a stroll. After that, I’m more than happy to relax and enjoy being home.

At home, I’m an easy companion. I’m well behaved, don’t get into mischief, and I’m perfectly fine hanging out on my dog bed or stretching out on the couch. I can be affectionate and cuddly, but I also know how to enjoy my independence and quiet time.

I get along fine the cat in my home and know how to share space respectfully. I’m also calm and settled when left alone for short periods.

When it comes to play, I like to keep things simple. I’ll fetch a few times, enjoy a tasty enrichment toy, and then I’m ready to relax. Swimming isn’t really my thing, but lounging nearby definitely is.

Car rides are no problem for me. I’m a relaxed passenger and happy to tag along on adventures.

My ideal home?
A peaceful place with people who appreciate a gentle, loyal companion. I’m not flashy or demanding; I’m the kind of dog who quietly becomes your best friend and makes your house feel like home.
