Hi there! I’m Mocha

I’m a 6-year-old chocolate Lab with a calm, easygoing personality and a heart that just wants to be near my people. I’m happiest when I’m with my humans, whether that’s chilling on the floor, enjoying a cozy nap, or playing a fun game of fetch. I’m content, gentle, and full of quiet love to share.

I’m a smart boy who knows my basic commands, including a very gentlemen like “shake a paw.” I love structure and connection and really enjoy learning new things with encouragement. A patient and affectionate companion who likes to lie at your feet and soak up head pats - that’s the Mocha way! 

While I haven’t had the chance to meet many dogs, I’m friendly and curious so calm introductions are a great way to help me in a new environment. I may be a little unsure at first around new furry friends, so patience and compassionate encouragement will help me blossom with more confidence. 

I’d love the chance to explore with you and enjoy some playtime. I’m also a very easygoing boy who is happy to relax by your side. I love fetch and have some favorite chew toys that keep me busy and entertained. I also happen to be a wonderful co-pilot in the car!  I hop in on my own, may let out a little “hello” whine, and then settle in to watch the world go by or curl up for a nap.

Overall, I’m a loyal, steady, and affectionate boy who thrives on connection, gentle guidance, and companionship. I would do best in a home that can offer me consistent exercise, love, and a calm, happy environment. I’ll happily be your devoted shadow, resting at your feet or following you around, ready to share my heart and snuggles with you every day.
