Hello friends! My name is Onyx!

Just like the beautiful gemstone I'm named after, my soft black coat shines wherever I go. I even have a little splash of white on my chest that makes me extra handsome if I do say so myself! My friends also like to call me their little polar bear because of my adorable fluffy face and teddy bear looks. Personally, I think I'll happily answer to either one, especially if it comes with a belly rub or a tasty treat!

I'm a 3-year-old boy who's stepping into an exciting new chapter, and I couldn't be more ready. I'm ready to play, explore, make new friends, and discover just how wonderful life can be with a family to call my own. Every day is another opportunity for me to grow, learn, and fill your home with laughter, love, and plenty of happy moments. That's just kind of my magic.

I'm an adventurous guy with a curious nose and an even bigger heart. I love sniffing all the exciting smells on my walks, chasing a ball around, and showing off my playful side. I even got to pick out a brand-new toy at the pet store recently - how lucky am I? Whether we're exploring the neighbourhood, playing in the backyard, or simply spending time together, I'm happiest when I'm sharing the moment with my people.

I'm also a smart cookie who's eager to learn! I already know sit and down, and I'm working hard on building my confidence and learning even more. Treats make training extra fun-especially if cheese is involved! Who would've thought a dog would discover such a love for cheese 😉 Liver treats are another one of my favourites, and I'll happily show off my skills for either.

More than anything, I'm looking for a family that's excited to help me continue growing into the amazing dog I'm meant to be. With patience, encouragement, and lots of positive experiences, I'll keep building my confidence and discovering just how much the world has to offer. In return, you'll gain a loyal best friend who's always ready to brighten your day with a wagging tail, a goofy smile, and endless love.
