Hi friends! I’m Riggs, a 4-year-old charming and adventurous boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for life. I’m a charcoal grey Lab and I’m known for being friendly, affectionate, and a little goofy (okay… maybe a lot goofy sometimes!). I love being around my people and will happily soak up all the pets, attention, and cuddles you have to give, especially after a fun-filled day.

I’ve got a good foundation of training already and know commands like sit, stay, lay down, shake paw, and “gentle.” I’m a smart guy who enjoys learning, and with a bit of guidance, I’m excited to keep building my skills. I have great house manners too and I settle nicely when left alone for a bit. I enjoy a good routine and know how to relax and unwind.

Did I mention that I’m also a social boy who loves to meet canine friends? Whether it’s saying hi on a walk or having some playtime together, I’m happiest when I get to run around with other pups. I also enjoy car ride adventures, hopping in to go out for a hike or just be beside you to keep you company as your copilot.

I love getting outside to stretch my legs, explore, and take in all the smells. I would also benefit from enrichment activities like puzzle toys or anything that lets me use my nose, it keeps my brain busy and happy. At the end of the day, I’m happiest curled up beside you, soaking in all the love and companionship.

I love to walk and I’m currently strengthening my leash skills so I benefit from a patient and consistent family who can continue helping me improve and grow into the best boy I know I can be.
