🌸 Hi, I’m Tonia! 🌸

I’m a 6-year-old Golden Retriever with a gentle heart and a joyful spirit. I love exploring the outdoors, running around the yard, and then settling in to quietly watch the world go by. Inside, I’m calm, polite, and have already learned the household routines.

I adore respectful children and happily soak up attention from my foster family’s grandchildren. Visitors make me curious, and I’m learning to greet them with growing confidence. I also have a signature “smile”—I squint my eyes and grin whenever I get head rubs, which always makes people laugh.

Car rides are easy for me, and I even enjoyed a recent spa day where I soaked up all the pampering. I’m great about standing still while my harness goes on each morning, and I love a good walk to start the day.

I feel happiest with another kind, confident dog by my side and would thrive in a home where I can continue to learn from a furry friend. What I’m really looking for is a loving family who will give me space to shine, plenty of cuddles, and the comfort of a gentle routine. Did I mention, I’m also gentle with the cat in my foster home?
