Tonia is a beautiful 6-year-old Golden Retriever who is slowly learning to trust and enjoy the world around her. When she first arrived, she was a bit unsure, but with the kindness and patience of her foster family, she is starting to come out of her shell. Each day brings new little victories — brighter eyes, a softer tail wag, and more curiosity about her surroundings.

She rides calmly in the car and recently enjoyed a spa day, soaking up the gentle care and attention. Tonia feels most comfortable with another dog by her side and would thrive in a forever home where a kind, confident dog can help guide her.

This special girl is looking for a patient and understanding family who will give her the time, love, and encouragement she needs to blossom. With the right home, Tonia will no doubt grow into the affectionate and devoted companion she was always meant to be.
