Hi, I’m Shadow.

I’m a petite black Lab with a big personality in a smaller package. I’m affectionate, but I’m just as happy hanging out nearby, keeping an eye on what’s going on, or chilling in a sunny spot while you go about your day. I do love a good cuddle wand make a great lap dog, in my opinion.

I’m polite indoors with lovely manners and I absolutely love being outside. 

Snow is my favourite. Exploring, sniffing, and running around are highlights of my day. I can get a little excited on leash and tend to pull at first, but I’m smart and eager to learn, so I pick up on guidance quickly. Plus, have you ever met a Lab who didn’t love treats?!

I would do best in a home with kids 12+, in any in my home.  I haven’t met a cat yet, and I may be ready to make canine friends once I’ve had a chance to settle in.

I’m playful, curious, and love interactive games, but I also have a calm, easygoing side that makes me a relaxed companion around the house. If you’re looking for a sweet, smart, and playful Lab with a gentle soul and just enough affection to make you smile, I might be your Shadow.
