Bruce is a very chill chocolate boy that is happy to meet friends on walks, humans and dogs alike with a tail that never stops wagging! He wags so much he has developed HAPPY TAIL ... when the tip of the tail bangs into things from all the wagging! He's well on his way to recovery and will have his bandages off soon and be ready to start wagging again! Always ready for a belly rub or play time with a squeaky toy, Bruce is looking for a family to love him and show him how great life can be. While he isn’t fussy about swimming, Bruce is happy to snooze on the dock or pool side and soak up the sun while you have a beverage.

Bruce rarely barks and knows his basic commands such as “sit”, “down”, “come”, and “on your bed”, although he is rarely far and always eager to be by your side. Super gentle with treats and food motivated, Bruce would be easy to train as your accomplice in all of life’s fun things.

Always the gentleman, Bruce will wait to be invited on to the couch or a dog bed and is happy to snuggle if you are willing to scratch his ears…or his belly….or his chest….
