Well hello there! I'm Cooper, or Mr. Popular, as my friends call me.  I just celebrated my 5th birthday with all my friends at the park.  They threw me a big party and gathered around and sang/howled to me! It was a day full of lots of hugs and kisses, and boy was it great being King of the park for the day!

I'm fantastic with other dogs, if I may say so myself! I'm great in any social situation, even doggy daycare!  And I have never met a human I didn't love-on right away.  I'm kinda like a bull in a China shop and sometimes I forget how big I am though! And I don't want to accidentally knock over those wee little ones. I really do mean well, I'm just a big squishy teddy bear!!  I have never met one of those cat thingies but if they are anything like small dogs, they might be fun to chase!

So, if I'm such a loveable guy - what's the rub?  Well, my family is moving and cannot take me with them. I was devastated at first when I learned all my friends would be left behind but I'm told my new family will help me make new ones.

My days are quiet and lonely just lounging around the house until my people come home from work.  I'm well behaved but I would love more stimulation, like maybe doggy daycare or a dog walker during the day and of course a regular exercise routine, we can do our exercise together!!

I LOVE the water.  While I've only swam once, I loved it, and actually I looked just like one of those olympic swimmers! Did I mention I'm good in the car too?  You know, loving water and being good in the car, I think I would be a great guy to have at a cottage!  I need a little bit of help with my recall skills though, I just can't help myself, i have to say hello to everyone, but I think if we worked together with one of those long leashes I would have it mastered in no time.  I mean, look at me, I'm a handsome dude, everyone wants to meet me!

My new family will be my spirit humans.  They will enjoy the silly, goofy personality of an outgoing socialite as well as my calm nature in the house.  They will understand that a charming guy like me needs interaction with his people, regular exercise and maybe a little guidance on a few things. And if you appreciate my desire for cuddling and affection you will score high on my list!!  If so, then I think we will be a match made in heaven!
