Hi Friends!

 

Come celebrate my 2nd birthday with me, Lilly!  I came to Lab Rescue due to no fault of my own.  Someone in my home had allergies and now I need a new family.  My birthday is in August and I would love to start the party planning ASAP!

 

I LOVE life to the fullest with exuberance for everything we do.  I give everyone I meet hugs and kisses, needing no time at all to get comfortable.  I'll be your shadow in the house but leaving me in a tidy home for short periods is fine too.  I don't go on furniture but I would sure love to have my spot on the couch for cuddle time.  

 

I chase cats and other small animals to play but they never stop. I guess a cat-free home would make everyone happy. Older children would suit to help channel my excitement as I'm very much a puppy at heart. My shy side comes out around other dogs which is completely the opposite of how I am with humans.  I think socialization in a safe space like doggy school might be helpful. While we're there, maybe I could get some help on the leash and some basics.  I'm super duper smart.  I learned quickly that if I had something my human wanted, I could trade it for a treat so naturally, I will bring them random things for my reward.

 

An active family with time to help me explore and learn would be my perfect match.  My needs are simple; exercise, an endless supply of balls to chase and treats for learning all the "good girl" things- that's it! Well, and special cuddle time dedicated to me, we can't forget about that.
