Hi Friends!

 

Winston here.  I'm a year old and coming to Lab Rescue because my owner has become injured and can no longer care for me.  I'm so excited because I hear I'm going to get a fenced yard that I can play in and regular walks every day.  I can't wait!

 

My house manners are great, and I enjoy full access when alone.  When you are home, I can be found following you like a shadow to supervise your activities.  I'm accustomed to someone who works from home, but I think I could adjust to any family who meets my exercise needs on a daily basis. I'll admit, I'm strong on the leash but that's because I haven't had much training or practice.  Perhaps my new family can help with that.  

 

I love to play with other dogs and I'm super friendly with everyone I meet, taking no time at all to warm up.  I love to swim and play ball any chance I get and I'm good in the car once I get over the initial excitement.

 

My experience with children is limited as I have not lived with young ones.  I'm very friendly with them but I don't quite understand my size and may accidentally knock the wee ones over.  I would be best suited for a cat-free home.
